From Lipstick to Launch: The Business Chop podcast is now Tech Diva Biz Talks.
After four amazing years and nearly 4,000 downloads, The Business Chop earned its place in the entrepreneurial podcast world. It was a space where I chopped it up with thought leaders, shared real talk with business owners, and offered strategies from the trenches.
But like any seasoned entrepreneur knows, growth demands change.
I didn’t abandon The Business Chop, I evolved it.
Enter Tech Diva Biz Talks—a bold, unapologetic pivot that reflects where I am now and who I serve today. The name isn't just catchy, it's a declaration. I’m bringing the tech, the strategy, the glam, and the grit. This rebrand aligns with how I’ve expanded as a marketer, producer, and woman in tech. It allows me to lean deeper into the things I love most: branding, storytelling, digital business, and wise, wealth-building conversations.
But let me be real. This change wasn’t easy. And I didn’t do it alone.
I hired a coach. I needed guidance, perspective, and yes, permission to grow. During one of our meetings, I remember voicing my apprehension: Was I making the right move? I felt sad, scared and even a little disloyal to the brand I had built with so much care. And the tech side? Whew! I had a million questions about implementation. What happens to the current episodes? Will guests and the squad sill be able to link to them? I reached out to my podcast host about the RSS feed, etc.
Over time, clarity kicked in. Then came the excitement. I put on my favorite brim like a crown, smoothed on my purple lipstick, and got to work—rewriting copy, designing new cover art, and vibing to audio tracks that made the vision feel real. That energy became the new foundation. I was my own superhero. The diva was now in motion.
So here we are…
