"Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your toil is not in vain in the Lord.”

-1 Corinthians 15:58

These words should be a comfort and motivation to all of us. It is never a waste of time to further the cause of Christ. Even the least and lowest of the Lord’s disciples will not toil in vain. Sharing Christ, praying for others, offering words of exhortation, and meeting the needs of genuinely needy people will never go unnoticed by the Lord. For those who serve the Lord with humility, the Lord Himself will see more value in their labors than the servants of the Lord will see in themselves. "Be strong, and let your heart take courage, all you who hope in the Lord." Be encouraged!
