Belonging

A sense of belonging includes feeling connected, valued, and respected. It is essential for emotional well-being, motivation, and survival.

In truth, we all belong because we are connected - part of the same whole. Science and spirituality both confirm this connection - that all existence is fundamentally unified and there is a deep, intrinsic connection between all things.

Yet, life too often includes experiences that fuel or support forgetting. The good news is, with conscious effort, you can regain a strong sense of belonging, and when you do, life gets better for you, others, and the planet.

Connecting You with Your Self is built on the belief that belonging grows through shared practice, gentle presence, and compassionate community.

Updates:

Energy Alignment Circles - Anca will be taking off June and possibly July to be with her family for the summer. She will hold the next circle on 5/28 - be sure to join her.

Good Grief Support Circle - Melody offers this monthly circle on the first Saturday of the month - the next circle is 6/6.

Intentional Living Circles - Sophia shares a powerful dive into Enneagram and other wisdom teachings on the second and fourth Tuesdays.

Personal Note: I am heading to Minnesota on 5/22 to attend the B.I.G. Enneagram retreat, Water edition. I look forward to sharing what I experience with you. No Yoga 5/22, 24, & 25th - No Chat on the 25th. I will be back on the 26th.
