We have so much of this world, but Jesus said, “What will a man be profited, if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul. Or, what will a man give in exchange for his soul?”

As believers, we have so many spiritual blessings but there is nothing greater bestowed upon us by His mercy and grace, than the salvation of our souls. The salvation of our soul means we have received the free gift of eternal life, because “if we have only hope in Christ in his life, we are of all men most to be pitied.” We give praise to our Lord that we “are protected by the power of God through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.” Without question, the blessings you have as a result of coming to Christ in saving faith are many. So many it would be difficult to count them and name them one by one. But the greatest of all blessings, the blessing of all blessings is the salvation of your soul. Be encouraged!
