"And may the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God and into the steadfastness of Christ."

- 2 Thessalonians 3:5

The love of God and the example set forth by Christ should always be a motivation and encouragement in our lives. Here, it is not our love for God, but His love for us. We know “the love of God has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us”. “By this the love of God was manifested in us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world so that we might live through Him. In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins”. This love is unconditional, not influenced by the circumstances within or without. Nothing “shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord”. Be encouraged!

"How marvelous! How wonderful!
And my song shall ever be:

How marvelous! How wonderful! Is my
Savior’s love for me!"
