"...where sin increased, grace abounded all the more."
-Romans 5:20
One time, someone to whom I was witnessing told me that they had never sinned. A person will never see their great need for grace until they see how great their sin is. Such was the Apostle Paul when he wrote, “… Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, among whom I am foremost of all.” The Great Scottish preacher, Alexander Whyte, told his congregation he had discovered the most wicked man in Edinberg and then named himself. John Newton once said, “when I get to heaven, I shall see three wonders there. The first wonder will be to see many people there whom I did not expect to see; The second wonder will be to miss many people whom I did expect to see, and the third and greatest wonder of all will be to find myself there.” And so, we sing “Amazing Grace! How sweet the sound - That saved a wretch like me.” Be encouraged!
