If Congress and the American people are truly serious about helping the victims of sexual abuse get the help they need, they can do something about it, and pretty fast. Congress needs to pass a law that suspends all state statutes of limitations laws on sex crimes for a period of 4 to 5 years. All the normally exempt organizations such as the federal government, Congress and state governments would be included in this legislation.

Its operation has maintained a good reputation among state regulators and public policy makers. The only problem is the outspoken nature of the CEO of Badger Coal.
