Christmas 2017 is over. The celebrations end, the lights come down. Even the gifts may soon be forgotten. But the love of God, brought forth in the birth of Christ, for all mankind will never diminish. This is the God, “who remembered us in our low estate, for His lovingkindness is everlasting”. This is the God, who even when Israel forsook Him, said “I have loved you with an everlasting love”. Oh, how we should cherish that well known truth, “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son…”. So as we come to the end of another year. “Praise the Lord! Oh give thanks to the Lord, for He is good. For His lovingkindness is everlasting”. Be encouraged!
