Valentine Day

Valentine’s Day can be a stark reminder of the love we desire, the loves we’ve lost, and the fairy‑tale romances that rarely match real life.

This year, what if you chose to focus on your own peace, joy, and growth first — nurturing yourself so that whatever love you share comes from a full, steady heart?

Here are a few suggestions for conscious celebrating:

Self‑Love Meditation
At your core, you are love. Take a moment to sense that truth from the inside out.

Self‑Love Affirmations
* I am love
* I am loved
* I am loving

Self‑Care
* Move your body.
* Take a walk, hike, or run.
* Try a yoga class.
* Give yourself a genuine, grounding hug.

Mindful Treats
Choose sustainable, high‑quality treats if you indulge in them - savor them slowly — enjoying the moment without overindulgence.

Recite the Hoʻoponopono
A traditional Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness you share with your Self:

By weaving these practices into your day, you create a Valentine’s experience that isn’t just about expressing love outwardly — it’s about nurturing your own well‑being, clarity, and happiness.

While I am not offering a specific Valentine's yoga class, all yoga classes focus on the relationship you have with yourself - self-acceptance, self-awareness, and self-love.

No Yoga Sun-Mon 2/15 & 16th

Zoom Yoga is easy to do in the comfort of your own home. You grab your mat and favorite things, set your screen, and share your desires. Classes are built around the desires of attendees, their level of practice, and individual needs. Being on Zoom requires you to be personally responsible for yourself - don't do too much, don't do too little - listen to the cues.

Self-love can feel non-negotiable— and merciless for others. And so, we’re learning once more how to build environments within new definitions that haven’t yet been articulated.

This asks for experimentation — courage to move within this new bandwidth with others, yet still in stillness.
Maybe attunement is a better word. Attunement to yourself, as you listen to your own energetic whisper establish itself in a new environment… of precise participation.

We’ve moved into a sovereign coherence — one that is having a difficult time not being You.

Together, you will look at what each Enneagram type can teach us and how expanding beyond our own familiar perspective opens doors — to new opportunities, new ways of engaging with life, and insights we might otherwise overlook.


Sophia is a gifted Enneagram teacher; the topics she shares are valuable for both beginners and those seasoned with the Enneagram. These Circles need you, attendance, and participation. Please make an effort to be there and benefit.
