...“Go home...”

- JMark 5:19

When Jesus healed and forgave the sins of the paralytic in Capernaum, He said to him, “Rise, take up your pallet and go home”. When Peter saw that the tomb was empty and only the linens of Jesus remained, “he went away to his home, marveling at that which had happened.” When the Lord saved the Samaritan woman, she immediately entered her hometown and declared what the Lord had done. When the Lord came to Gerasene, he healed a demon possessed man who then wanted to accompany the Lord who had saved him. But Jesus said to him, “Go home to your people and report to them what great things the Lord has done for you, and how He had mercy on you.” Three days after I became a Christian, the Lord convicted me and burdened my heart to go home and share with my family the great things the Lord had done for me and how He had mercy on me. That day I had the privilege of sharing my testimony with five members of my family. Perhaps the Lord is saying to you “Go home”. May the Lord burden your heart for those nearest to you. Be encouraged!
