Being fully God, our Lord Jesus Christ has accomplished all necessary for our salvation and life eternal. Let us not forget it was His love and not ours. It was His sacrifice and not ours. It was His submission and not ours. It was His obedience and not ours. It was His blood and not ours. It was His righteousness and not ours. It is His intercession and not ours. It has been said, "…if we live to the age of Methuselah and do the works of the apostle Paul… we can add nothing." The Lord's love for us is complete, perfect and everlasting. I always remember the night I was saved. I knew then that nobody loved me like Jesus. Be encouraged!
