Scrap Buster Class!!

David Duwe will be teaching "Fractured Pineapple" on Saturday, July 13, from 9am-3pm. This is a scrap busting project. You will learn to utilize your scraps to paper piece pineapple blocks. Be prepared to learn a new technique and have fun! Cost is $30. Call or come by soon to sign up!

Wool Applique Class

Diane Okeson will be teaching a wool applique class on Friday, July 26, from 9:30am-3pm. This is a handwork, no machine needed. You will make the item shown at right. Also shown are the wools used, plus the wool threads. Learn how to work with wool, various embroidery stitches, and be prepared to have a great time! Cost is $30 plus a kit purchase. Kits will be ready for you on class day. Call or come by soon to reserve your spot!!

Cowley County Fair

The Cowley County Fair is scheduled for August 1-5. Entries are open to the world, so check out the fair book (we have some here at the shop) for all the various categories. It takes many people to have a successful fair, so enter your quilts, handwork, jelly, antiques...the list goes on. Click here for more information. See you at the fair!
