Lots of events happening in the next month. Shop Hop is Thursday - Sunday, October 3-6. Gather your friends and have a fun time hopping to all the shops. Block kits available and specials at each shop.

If you have quilts to be quilted for Christmas, please have them in by early November. That allows time for quilting and gets them back to you in time for binding and gift giving.
Exciting changes are coming--after Sally's retirement on November 1, Field to Fabric will be closed on Tuesdays. Our hours will be 9-5 Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; 9-7 on Thursday; and 9-3 on Saturday. Closed Sunday and Tuesday.

Central Kansas Quilt Shop Hop

Gather your friends together and plan a road trip for October 3-6. Visit all nine shops on this year's Shop Hop. Each shop's quilt can be viewed on the web site. Pre-orders are being taken for the exclusive fabric. If you want to reserve one of our finishing kits, please give us a call and we will have one ready for you. Pickle Blooms class

On Tuesday, October 8, from 9:30am to 4pm, Diane Okeson will be teaching the Pickle Blooms class. In this class you will make a table runner similar to the one at right, with your choice of petal colors. Diane will teach you how to quilt this as you add the various elements. You bring 3 fat quarters in whatever petal color you wish. When class is over, all that is left is the binding. Call or come by to reserve your spot in this class. Class fee is $30 plus required kit purchase on class day. Signups taken until October 1.

Bottom of the Drawer class

This class, by Teresa Duwe, a Best of Show winner at the 2019 Kansas State Fair, will teach you how to utilize grandma's hankies, dresser scarves, tatting, etc. to make a wall hanging of these family heirlooms. Class will be held on Saturday, October 19 from 9am-3pm. Class fee is $30. Call or come by to sign up.

Accuquilt Event

We will be hosting an Accuquilt event on October 25 & 26 from 9am to 3pm each day. There will be a trunk show, demos, specials, and lots of fun and learning. Come by and see how Accuquilt can help you "cut time and quilt more". No preregistration required!
