"I, even I, am the Lord; And there is no Savior besides Me."

-Isaiah 43: 11

This past month, we were once again on the Navajo reservation, sharing Christ among the native people. Our Lord greatly blessed us as we saw 21 people respond to the gospel and receive the Lord Jesus Christ as their Savior. Several factors contributed to this. (1) They still have a fear of the resurgence of COVID-19, as it took many lives from among them during the pandemic. (2) Our mission team focused heavily on sin, death, and the need to be born again to counter them clinging to their own ways, religions and traditions. (3) But of most importance, it is God who is "not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance." It is “the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes." One member of our mission team said that they wished everyone who we shared with would come to Christ. That is the heart of God, for He “desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.” As a believer, you, too, can have the heart of God for a lost and dying world. Be encouraged!
