If target is an alloy, please also specify the at% or wt% required.

Vacuum Feedthroughs

From the xtronix 88-page KF-ISO-CF Vacuum Components catalog and the SST catalog, we propose a very vast range of standard HV and UHV feedthroughs.

In addition, we undertake custom designs. These can vary from simple modifications of a catalog F/T to better suite a scientist's experiment needs to more application-specific production batches as required in hi-tech industries, for instance in radar, night vision or other defense-related productions.

Film Thickness Monitor

The Eon-LT is our entry level temperature measuring film thickness monitor that surpasses conventional monitors that are blind to thermal changes of the crystal. The combination of frequency and temperature measurement allows unprecedented accuracy in real-time rate and film thickness monitoring.

Why measure temperature dear scientist? Because the frequency change of a crystal by process heating can easily be equal to the frequency change caused by coating. In normal operation there is a built-in 10% error in most rate measurements. In the worst case it can be 100%.
