"I know that Thou canst do all things and that no purpose of Thine can be thwarted."

-Job 42:2

It can only be said of the Lord Jesus Christ that as God, He “gives life to the dead and calls into being that which does not exist.” He created the world out of nothing and gives life to those who are dead in their trespasses and sins. When He entered humanity, He continued to make the impossible, possible. For “with God all things are possible.” Only He could apply clay to one’s eyes (which would naturally increase blindness) and yet cause the blind to see. Without medicine He cures the incurable. Without surgery He causes the lame to walk. He looks upon the heart and sees what all the advances of modern technology could never see. Through Christ, one who is steeped in sin and biblical ignorance, can have victory over sin and his spiritual eyes opened, in a moment of time. Where there was blindness, now there is light. Where there was ignorance, now there is an understanding of spiritual truth. We look upon Jesus and by faith embrace the words of Job, “I know that Thou canst do all things”. Is there anything Jesus cannot do for you? Be encouraged!
