The state legislature of Missouri recently passed a bill placing restrictions on transgenderism like its neighboring state, Kansas. However, in Missouri, a judge immediately blocked the bill reversing their decision. When we look across America, it has become increasingly difficult to find decision-makers in high places who promote anything even close to biblical values. Perhaps this should not surprise us because when it comes to salvation, "…there were not many wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble." It should remind us that our trust in political leaders should be guarded and limited. However, our trust in the Lord should be complete and absolute, for He has said, “Even from eternity I am He; And there is none who can deliver out of my hand; I act and who can reverse it?” “Hence, also, He is able to save forever those who draw near to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them.” Be encouraged!
