Happy Yule and Christmas
The Winter Solstice (Yule) on December 21st, marks a sacred threshold, a moment to honor what has been released, tend to what is stirring within, and consciously call in what is ready to grow. Take time on the 21st to listen, feel, and gather (perhaps join me for Yoga at 10:00 AM MST).
Below are a few practices you might also slip into the days surrounding the Solstice:
✨ Candle Reflection Ritual
Light a candle and reflect on one thing you are releasing from the past year, and one quality you are nurturing as the light slowly returns.
✨ Body-Based Gratitude
Place a hand on your heart and one on your womb or belly. Breathe deeply and thank your body for carrying you through this year, exactly as it is.
✨ Sound & Stillness
Spend 5–10 minutes in silence or with gentle music, allowing your nervous system to settle and your intuition to speak.
Christmas Day on December 25th centers around the birth of Jesus Christ, an archetype of a divine child being born in humble surroundings.
From a symbolic perspective, the Christ child represents our inner child, the divine self that exists in all of us, waiting to be nurtured, awakened, and brought into the light.
The holiday invites us to celebrate:
▪ New beginnings
▪ Purity of heart
▪ The triumph of spirit over materialism

At its heart, the spiritual meaning of Christmas centers around renewal, hope, light overcoming darkness, and unconditional love.
This Christmas, take time to look inward and rekindle your divine spark.
Holding love for you and us all,
Nancy
