Alignment Circles resume in August.
Alignment Circle

My attention and curiosity this past week have been really immersed in the concept of support - how support is changing and what it means for us at the nervous system level ... especially if validation is no longer the primary need. (I think out loud about it in this video: https://youtu.be/fwsB25AUYU4
What made me giggle this morning, as I sat with this week's emerging energy, was how quickly the conversation had shifted. From:
When do I need support and in which way? to What do I need to keep cultivating?
It feels like a very different nervous system. A lot more centered, a lot more self-responsible and a little less concerned with finding the right answer…
...and more interested in developing a rhythm of tending.
It makes sense. By now, we know quite well that coherence is something we keep having to cultivate (I really like that word!). We figured over and over again that we can't simply set "it" once, and it keeps...
So this week, sift through your own practices:
▪ Which one do you naturally come back to because it genuinely helps you stay coherent?
▪ Which one used to support you but may need to evolve?
▪ Which practice belongs in your daily rhythm?
▪ Which one is weekly? Which one serves you every month?

This morning's image reminded me of all the things we already accept as routine maintenance: teeth cleaning, haircuts, work-outs, massages, and even laundry, house, and car maintenance... We don't - generally - wait for those types of things to break, or collapse, or something to go wrong ... we think of them as something that needs tending to. Or better said, they're part of something we value.
And seems like coherence is asking to become just as routine and ordinary.
So as this week rolls, observe within yourself: What, of what I truly value, do I want to keep cultivating?
Trust it. Choose it. Then tend to it. Routinely.
Field questions video for this week.
