"…it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me..."

-Galatians 2:20

This week, the BKI Mission team is on the Navajo Reservation, sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ at the Navajo Nation Fair. Why are we here? Because God our Savior… “desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.” When Christ lives out His life in our lives by faith, we will have the same desire. The Navajo, often referred to as the “Dine,” need the Lord. You and I need the Lord. Everyone needs the Lord. Bonar said it this way:

“The one true goal or resting-place where doubt and weariness, the stings of a pricking conscience, and the longings of an unsatisfied soul would all be quieted, is Christ Himself. Not the church, but Christ. Not doctrine, but Christ. Nor forms, but Christ. Not ceremonies, but Christ; Christ the God-man, giving His life for ours; sealing the everlasting covenant, and making peace for us through the blood of His cross…” It is not opinions that man needs: it is the Truth. It is not theology: it is God. It is not religion: it is Christ. It is not literature and science; but the knowledge of the free love of God in the gift of his only-begotten Son.”

And how are those who are not saved going to see their greatest need of all unless someone declares unto them the Gospel? May our Lord's desire for the lost be your desire for the lost. Be encouraged!
